COVID 19: A message from our CEO

Good Afternoon,

I am sure many of you have been following the news and are aware of the measures government officials have put in place in several States.

We want to notify our valued clients that our offices remain open at this time. 

We will continue servicing our clients through phone appointment ONLY over these next two weeks to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. 

Our territory sales team is also capable to setting up video conferencing for product demonstration, quality review, file sharing and more.

I want to assure our customers that, in this time of uncertainty, we are prepared to service your immediate needs. Given our reliance on global shipping providers, we are naturally subject to delays and disruptions in countries under quarantine. However, at the time of this posting, such disruptions are minimal, and customers are receiving the same high level of service.

While the fluid nature of this situation may impact the customer experience in the future, we are proactively planning for every contingency to minimize any disruption.

Equally we are seeing an increase in production orders to mitigate any future unforeseen interruption in the supply chain. As a preventive measure we ask our clients look at inventory levels over the next two quarters and plan accordingly, as there may be delays in shipment processing and customized availability.

Currently we maintain a large generic stock inventory should there be more drastic measures imposed on the movement of goods internationally

Please know we are doing our best to accommodate every client request and ship orders as quickly as possible.
