Standard Tube Liner

The standard Tube liner is the most cost effective liner; it can be used for various containers and is available in almost any size.
It can be custom made to fit any particular bottom or discharge method needed.
Colors: standard color is neutral but we have a broad color scheme available, to fit your custom needs.
Top: Comes with a full Open top
Bottom: Open bottom with gusseted bottom
Attachment: we offer sewn tabbed liners, tied liners, and Glued-in liners.
Materials: LLDPE/LDPE is used in our standard material; other wide ranges of materials are available upon request.
Baffled Liner
Benefits
The Baffled Liner is a cube liner that has added internal baffles that allows a square container with added protection of a barrier for FIBCs.
The square shaping makes the container a very stable and stackable which minimizes shipping cost while maximizing storage space.
Colors: Standard color for Baffled Liner is neutral
Top: Baffled Liner comes with an open top and fill spout
Bottom: Discharge spout and Flat bottom
Attachment: for your convenience you have the option to attach a sewn flange and/or a Tied liner
Materials: LLDPE/LDPE is used in our standard material; other wide ranges of materials are available upon request.
Static Control Liner
Benefits
Our Static control liner is used to protect from unwanted static charges. The static control liner’s conductive material safely draws the charges and is discharged by grounding the package and eliminating dangerous static.
Our method of removing the static is by dissipating the charges without grounding, eliminating static build up. Like most of our other liners Static control liners may also be customized to fit almost any package size and is made to FDA and clean room requirements.
Colors: Conductive is black, Antistatic is clear.
Materials: Our standard Static control is made of a black conductive film.
Standard Gauges:
• Antistatic Film: (1.5, 3.0, 4.0 mil)
• Conductive Film: (4.0 mil. and 6.0 mil.)
Fitted Liner
Benefits
Specifically designed to cultivate their hosting container by filing with as few wrinkles and pockets as possible, by doing this it maximizes the container and liner capacity and increases fill and discharge competence.
Materials: Standard Material is LLDPE/LDPE
Color: Standard color is natural although black and colors are available
Top: Full Open Top, fill Spout, and/or cone fill spout
Bottom: Sealed gusseted bottom, discharge spout, and cone discharge spout all available
Attachments: Glued in liner, Sewn tabbed Liner, and tied liners
Foil Liner
Benefits
The Foil barrier liners are manufactured from our specialized fill, offering superior moisture, odor and oxygen protection for general use, as well as excellent UV protection.
The foil liners are compatible with various container types and are available in custom and standard sizes to fit most packages.
Bottom: A closed gusseted bottom Discharge Spout bottom, or Tapered Discharge are all options available for the Foil liner
Top: Foil liners come with options of a full open top, fill spout, and tapered fill
Standard Gauge: 4.3 mil
Material: The Foil Liner is a flexible material that features multi-layered lamination of PET, PE and aluminum foil
