Dual-Facility FIBC Production. One Quality Standard.
Capro's FIBC manufacturing operations are distributed across two dedicated production facilities in India, providing redundant capacity, complementary specializations, and the ability to scale output without compromising lead times or consistency. Combined, these facilities operate over 120,000 square feet of manufacturing and controlled clean room space. Each facility operates under a formal quality agreement with Capro, including audit rights, product specification control, and private label production under Capro's standards.
CROHMIQ® Type D FIBCs
One of Capro's India production facilities holds CROHMIQ® Qualified Supplier status — a designation issued directly by Texene, the patent and trademark holder for Type D static-dissipative FIBC fabric technology. This authorization cannot be self-declared; it requires Texene qualification, ongoing technical oversight, and compliance with Texene's production and testing standards.
Unlike Type C FIBCs which require grounding at every use, CROHMIQ® Type D bags dissipate electrostatic charges into the atmosphere through corona discharge — with no grounding required.
This eliminates the most common point of human error in Type C operations, and is the specification of choice for facilities handling combustible powders, flammable chemicals, and pharmaceutical materials.
Compliance standards: IEC 61340-4-4 · IEC/TS 60079-32-1 · NFPA 652 · NFPA 654 · NFPA 77
