Certifications & food safety compliance
Procurement teams and QC managers in food processing require documented compliance before approving any bulk packaging supplier. Our food grade FIBCs meet or exceed the following standards:
FDA 21 CFR — fabric and liner materials comply with FDA regulations for food contact surfaces
BRC (British Retail Consortium) — manufacturing facilities certified to BRC/IoP Packaging Standard
AIB (American Institute of Baking) — supplier auditing compliance available on request
HACCP — hazard analysis and critical control points protocols maintained throughout production
EC 1935/2004 — European food contact material regulation compliance available for export applications
Full documentation and certificates of conformance available upon request for every order.
Food grade FIBC construction
Food safety starts with how the bag is built. Our food grade FIBCs use:
Uncoated or coated virgin polypropylene fabric — no recycled materials, no contaminant risk from secondary processing
Ultrasonically cut and folded fabric edges — eliminates loose fibers and fraying that could contaminate product
Food-contact PE liners — form-fit and loose liner options in 3–6 mil polyethylene for an added contamination barrier
Sewn-in or tabbed liners — tabbed 8-corner liners prevent the liner from collapsing into product during discharge
Spout and duffle top/bottom configurations — controlled fill and discharge to minimize airborne contamination
Document pouches — sewn-on for lot traceability and COA documentation
Applications
Food ingredients & processing
Sugar, flour, starch, salt, cocoa powder, whey protein, dried fruit, nuts, and spices. Processors rely on our bags for contamination-free handling of sensitive ingredients from production through final packaging.
Animal feed & agricultural commodities
Feed mills, grain elevators, and agricultural coops use food grade FIBCs for soybean meal, corn distillers grains, alfalfa pellets, and other feed commodities that require clean-contact handling throughout the supply chain.
Nutraceuticals & supplements
Vitamin and supplement manufacturers require food-contact compliance and lot traceability. Our bags support GMP-compliant workflows with document pouches, clean interiors, and COA documentation for every shipment.
Dairy & dry dairy products
Dry dairy — including milk powder, whey, and lactose — requires moisture-barrier liners and contamination-controlled construction. We supply coated fabric bags with sealed PE liners for these applications.
